Virtual Twilight Photos
Twilight photos from digitally enhanced daytime photos.
Real Twilight Photos
Photos taken of your home at dusk hours.
If you have a home that look great at night or you think your home would show really well in the dusk hours, then our twilight photography service is for you.
There are two types of twilight photos. Virtually enhanced twilight and real twilight.
Virtually enhanced twilight photos are created from your daylight photos and are made to look like your house at dusk hours when your lights are on and shining through the windows. The sky is replaced to show a sky at sunset or a bit darker and the overall product is meant to replicate a photo that was really taken at dusk hours.
Real twilight photographs are exterior photos of your home taken at dusk hours for maximum visibility to help you sell your home faster and for more money. Time is precious for these types of photo shoots because they can only be done once per day and there is a short window of time to get the best shots.
We use the best photography equipment to give you the best photos possible. We take High Dynamic Range (HDR) photos that give you the most color range, depth, focus and alignment for outstanding photos.
When we come to your home, it is best to have your home prepared for photos by opening all the blinds, turning on all lights, making sure the grass is cut and bushes and trees are well maintained and manicured.
The MLS of Long Island, now called OnekeyMLS, allows a maximum of 36 photos uploaded into the MLS system so you can use these twilight photographs towards your allotment of 36 photos. You can then use to showcase your house on the multiple listing service, other real estate websites or your own personal website.
Using a professional real estate photography company like Pinpoint Photography will make your photos “pop” instead of using your own cheap camera or phone camera. Although some of the cheap cameras and phone camera will take great photos, they don’t compare to a professional real estate camera. Real estate cameras capture a wider angle, can be shot is RAW format for better editing and are able to have accessory equipment paired to them like flashes and strobes to remove shadows and reflect sunlight and ambient light in a room.
We can also enhance your grass and remove some unsightly objects that might have been captured during the photoshoot.
We service the following areas for real estate photography:
Long Island – Nassau County – Suffolk County – Queens County
